Terms of Service for Nova Warp

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing Nova Warp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License to Use

Uthsava Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Nova Warp for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the game.
• Use any automated cheats or bots.
• Attempt to interfere with the game’s servers or Firebase backend.

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to the "Nova Warp" name, spaceship designs, and code, is the property of Uthsava Labs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uthsava Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
